If you are suffering from prostatitis, and it is just not going away no matter what you do (including if you are taking antibiotics) then the information in this article might help.
Here is why:
Recently, I heard from someone with a really bad case of prostatitis.
He had the problem for years (at least 10 years), off and on. His symptoms included having trouble peeing and feeling pain in his penis and anus and testicles. In fact, it got to the point where he could not sit down for more than an hour (which was really hard on him, since he has a desk job). And it was weird how one day, he'd wake up and the pain would be mostly on one testicle. Then the next day he'd wake up and the other one would feel pain.
He tried everything the doctors said to do, too.
Antibiotics helped, but after a while they stopped being very effective so he started looking at more natural ways to deal with the problem.
So next he ate a diet high in fruits and vegetables based on some advice and that did help a lot.
But, it did not get rid of the problem, as it would still come back (just not as bad as before).
And soon, it got to the point where he just didn't know what else to do.
He just wanted to get rid of the inflammation for good and antibiotics and eating right weren't enough.
My advice to him?
Seek out an infectologist.
They are trained to deal with infections and, believe it or not, can sometimes help more than a urologist can with prostate infections.
Something to consider.
Especially if your prostatitis won't go away.
