With all the various remedies for prostate problems, it's almost criminal how few people recommend the one remedy that has helped not only with enlarged prostate and prostatitis, but also other health problems, too.
And that is... exercise.
Yes, good, old fashioned exercise.
It can help bring much needed oxygen and blood flow into your body.
It's especially important to do exercises that promote blood flow in to your pelvic area. For example, hindu pushups are great for this (they also help with your sex drive, too, due to the blood flow).
Exercises you should probably stay away from include biking and long distance running.
Biking especially.
It can wreak havoc on your urinary system and make your prostate problems far worse.
There was one guy I know about whose PSA shot up like a rocket after just five months of riding his bike regularly most days! (With a ton of fresh prostate problems acting up, as well). It's also no picnic on your testicles, either.
I'm not saying to never ride your bike.
But if you're having issues with an enlarged prostate or prostatitis, you should probably stay way from it (and do it only lightly, once in a while, at most).
What else?
Another good exercise that is an "internal" movement is kegels.
This is where you flex and release the muscle that sits between your anus and your testicles. These are great for your prostate and also your libido. Plus, they are so easy, you can do them while you're laying in bed, sitting in your car or watching TV!
So there you have it.
If you want to get rid of your prostate problems, try the exercises above and feel what happens.
